On Saturday morning, July 8, there was a lot of action at Faith Mission Home as people from near and far began to arrive for the Barn’s grand opening! This event was an open house of the newly finished barn. The festivities included farm themed games such as pin the tail on the donkey, a cow milking contest, a corn-hole competition, and a cowboy hat toss. There was also a photo booth and of course, plenty of good food! After lunch, a short service was held in the top of the barn which consisted of a bit of the history behind the barn, a story from a former student’s brother, a staff and student program, and a prayer of dedication.
