Tuesday morning dawned a beautiful sunny day. The excitement level was high as we climbed into maxi vans and drove to a park in Waynesboro for the day. In the morning the students had fun taking walks on the trails and playing in the creek or on the playground. We had a delicious lunch of grilled burgers and hotdogs, chips, veggies & dip, fruit and cookies. After lunch, some of the staff played ball. We topped the warm afternoon off with ice cream before we headed back to Faith Mission.
